To start your registration, you need to visit the application portal where you will be asked for some details; your contact details, the city where you wish to operate, and your vehicle documents.
For those who are in Johannesburg or Cape Town, you can alternatively go to Bolt’s local offices along with your complete document requirements. I would like to lodge a complaint regarding a Bolt driver who mistreated me on Sunday. I requested a ride from Town to Malvern, I was with my partner at the time. Our trip was R58 and the driver demanded R60, when I asked the driver why is he overcharging us he became aggressive and he told us to get off his care. He took out a pepper spray and started swearing at us. The name of the driver is Nkululeko and the registration of the vehicle FY89YNGP
Kindly assist with this matter.
Kindly Regards
