Good morning friends, I think we can all agree that the surge in numbers is a reminder that this disease remains an imminent threat in all our lives and we must avoid unnecessary social activity and must increase our hygiene protocols to save our lives and our loved ones. Please check on friends and relatives who live alone and ensure they’re okay, stay home and do stay active. I personally felt a little down last week and resolved to surround myself with bright colours (hence the image above), I stopped watching the news and I have elected to read only joyful books- it seems to be working😃👌🏾 Do what works for you but by all means remain engaged and motivated through this difficult period and surround yourself with loving and positive people that inspire the emergence of the best you! (Thank you Mabel and Sam for the beautiful pics, a gift I never knew I needed) #sanitize #eathealthy #share #drinkwarmwater #wearamask #weareinthistogether
