Bridget Masango (born 23 February 1962) is a South African Democratic Alliance politician from Gauteng who has served as the Shadow Minister of Social Development since October 2015.

Career
She worked with Group 5, when she met Michael Moriarty, a seasoned Democratic Alliance politician. Masango was a member of the Inkatha Freedom Party and worked as a communications manager for the Nelson Mandela Children’s Foundation before joining the DA.
Mmusi Maimane, the DA leader in the National Assembly, named her as Shadow Minister of Social Development on 3 October 2015. On October 5, she resigned from the NCOP.
Masango was elected to the National Assembly on October 6, 2015. Masango won re-election in the general election of 2019.
The newly elected DA leader, John Steenhuisen, reappointed Masango to her shadow cabinet position in December 2020.
