Matshepo Maleme made her on-screen debut in 2004 in the drama Bubomi Sana on SABC1, where she played the part of “Zandiswa.” She then assumed the role of “Thuli” in the M-Net soap opera Egoli: Place of Gold in May 2007. She made her film debut in 2010 with the release of Night Drive. As an actor, she appeared in Peter Bishai’s 2011 film A Million Colors.
She appeared in the “Mapule” role in the SABC 2 soap opera Muvhango from 2012 to 2013. She then portrayed “Thuli Malinga” in the Mzansi Magic telenovela Inkaba. She played “Cat” in the television series Gold Diggers in 2016, which marked her first appearance as a villain.
She portrayed “Zandile Maphosa” in the soap opera Skeem Saam. She played the character “Thoko” in the miniseries Emoyeni in 2018. She portrayed “Bokang” in the miniseries After Nine, which aired on SABC 1.
