Mampintsha (born 18 July 1982) is a South African producer and musician. He is a member of the Big Nuz band made up of Mzi “Danger” Tshomela and the late Sbusiso “R Mashesha” Khoma.
He founded the well-known kwaito group in 2002. His real name is Mandla Maphumulo.

He was born on 18 July 1982 in Umlazi, KwaZulu-Natal. Mandla Maphumulo is 39 years old as of 2021 and celebrates his birthday on July 18th every year.
His musical career started in 2002 when he formed the Big Nuz group with his friends, Mzi “Danger” Tshomela and the late Sbusiso “R Mashesha” Khoma. The group name (NUZ) comes from the prefix in the license plates of vehicles registered in the (Natal Umlazi).
The group has worked together and released six studio albums. R Mashesha, one of the members of the group died in 2015.
Mampintsha and Babes Wodumo
He was in a relationship with South African musician, Babes Wodumo. On the 3rd of March 2009, there were reports that he was assaulting her, and she put evidence of one of the attacks on Instagram, and he was arrested.
The assault case was withdrawn after mediation between the two parties was successful.
