Noko Matlou (born 30 September 1985) is a South African professional soccer player who plays for Spanish Primera Divisiónside SD Eibar and the South Africa women’s national team.

By scoring six goals at the 2008 African Women’s Championship, Matlou rose to prominence within the national team. She was chosen for the teams competing in a number of competitions, including the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, United Kingdom. Vera Pauw, the coach of South Africa, used Matlou, a former striker, as a defender in 2014.
