Carmen Maarman (born 7 November 1978) is a South African actress known to television audiences for her starring role as Maggie in the kykNET sitcom Lui Maar Op, Belinda.

Carmen also provided one of the voice actors for the Afrikaans translation of the Turkish telenovela Gebroke Harte.
She joined the cast of the kykNET soap opera Getroud Met Rugby in 2019 and plays Zelda, Buys’ wife, in recurring episodes (Roderick Jaftha). In Episode 86 of Season 4, she made her debut.
For the third season of the kykNET & Kie soap opera Arendsvlei in 2020, she played Natalie.
