Nomaindia Mfeketo is a South African politician and the Minister of Human Settlements. She was born on 2nd June 1952 in Cape Town, South Africa. Mfeketo was previously the Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation of South Africa.

Mfeketo was also the former Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of South Africa, serving from the 9th of May 2009 until 25 May 2014. She has an Honorary Doctorate of Law from the University of Cape Town.
