Roxanne Barker (born 6 May 1991) is a South African soccer player who plays as a goalkeeper for Dutch club SC Heerenveenand the South Africa women’s national team.

Roxanne Barker was chosen by Portland Thorns FC in the 2013 NWSL College Draft after completing her studies. Karina LeBlanc, the experienced goalkeeper for the Portland Thorns, preferred Adelaide Gay as her backup.
During her summer breaks from college, Barker participated in W-League play for Pali Blues.
Prior to signing a professional contract in Iceland, she returned to South Africa and participated in ten games for Maties FC.
Earlier in her career, Barker had played both as a goalkeeper and a center-back for Durban Ladies FC.
Roxanne Barker committed to playing for the Icelandic rvalsdeild team ór/KA in 2014 and 2015. For the 2015 season, Roxy was named the Most Valuable Player for the Icelandic rvalsdeild club ór/KA. For the 2016–2017 season, she committed to playing for SC Heerenveen vrouwen in the Dutch league.
In July 2010, Barker made her South African debut in a 6-0 victory over Tanzania. At the 2012 London Olympics, she represented the senior national team, also referred to as “Banyana Banyana.”
