Sipho Seepe (born 1959 in Soweto) is a South African higher education and strategy consultant. He is a full Professor of Mathematics and Science Education

He was born in the year 1959 in Soweto, South Africa. He also grew up there with his two younger brothers.
He has a PhD from the University of North West and a master’s degree in solid state physics from Wits University. He also has a master’s degree in technology education from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in the United States.
He also holds a Senior Research Fulbright Fellowship in addition to the Harvard Fellowship. Prof. Seepe’s research and teaching scholarship have made a significant contribution both locally and globally.
He formerly served as the head of the South African Institute of Race Relations and as the director of Henley Management College. Seepe’s research interests include the cultural, social, and political elements of mathematical and scientific knowledge, and he holds degrees in both physics and mathematics.
He has published many books and has written extensively on current affairs for both Business Day and the Mail & Guardian. He is a Fulbright and Harvard-South Africa Fellow.
