Bongani Michael Baloyi (born 28 February 1987) is a South African politician and he was elected Executive Mayor of the Midvaal Local Municipality in 2013.
He was elected and consequently at the age of 26 in 2013, making him the youngest mayor in South Africa.
Baloyi is a member of the Democratic Alliance and was the former MMC for Development and Planning in the municipality.

Political Career
- Baloyi joined the Democratic Alliance as a teenager in 2005 and has been a member of the Vaal Region Executive Committee, the Provincial Executive Committee and the Federal Council.
- After getting elected as a PR Councillor of the Midvaal municipality in 2011, he became the MMC for Development and Planning.
- Baloyi was chosen to succeed Timothy Nast who resigned as Mayor in 2013.
- He announced in March 2020 that he would not seek a second term as mayor in 2021.
- In 2024, he left the Xiluva party, which he formed, to join the MK party
