Chi Mhende (born 19 October 1991) whose full name is Chiedza Mhende is a Zimbabwean-born South African actress, singer and voice artist known for her starring role as Wandile on the SABC1 soapie Generations: The Legacy.

Chi Mhende played the sole female character, Mmabatho, in plays like K. Sello Duiker’s The Quiet Violence of Dreams.

She has also performed in various theatrical plays such as Volpone, Aladdin, Private Lives, Armageddon, Romeo & Juliet, The Taming of the Shrew, another Roy Sargeant play, this time at the Maynardville Open Air Theatre in Cape Town, and the character of Emilia in Mary Dreyer’s Othello.

She has also performed in Lara Bye’s productions of The Comedy of Errors, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Richard III.
