CAPE TOWN (South Africa) Ombudsman Office of the City of Cape Town has launched an SMS service to make it easier for residents to get help and to keep the City on its toes.
The option of sending a “please call me” to request assistance is also available to residents. More vulnerable residents will benefit from this service by having easier access to resources and avenues for making complaints.
The Contact Center’s primary responsibilities revolve around sewer water and trash removal costs
To inquire about other issues, please contact the appropriate department.
The Contact Center often deals with the following types of issues:
concerns about the reception of payments are addressed by changing the address of payment.
follow-up questions and complaints about the reporting of faults
Having your City of Cape Town account number on hand will automatically route your call to a local operator.
